Inactive global bots

Per Bot policy#Removal of global bot status, the following accounts appear to meet the criteria for losing Global Bot status once their operators are notified:

* Pppery * it has begun 17:07, 9 September 2023 (UTC)

Any takers? * Pppery * it has begun 22:56, 29 September 2023 (UTC)
@Pppery re "... once their operators are notified..." - did you notify the operators? — xaosflux Talk 00:30, 30 September 2023 (UTC)
I've notified the operator of AvicBot, which is clear cut. I've realized I may have misinterpreted bot policy for the other two cases - it says "on any project that allows global bot access", not actually requiring that access be used. For the third case, is enwiki considered to allow global bot access? Sort of, but in practice not. * Pppery * it has begun 23:17, 30 September 2023 (UTC)
Since I flagged a new global bot, I was just checking for global bot's inactivity and notifying the operator of the inactive bot, when I noticed your message in the user talk, so thanks for taking care of it @Pppery:! Btw, yes, enwiki allows global bot (see bot policy on enwiki and wikiset), so Chobot is active (last edit on 2 August 2023). Also nlwiki allows it, so BotMultichill is active too (last edit 25 March 2023)! In two days and some hours we'll proceed with the request, if there is no response by operator :) Superpes15 (talk) 10:33, 5 October 2023 (UTC)

  Done @Avicennasis and Pppery: I removed the AvicBot's global bot flag. BotMultichill and Chobot are still active, as explained above. I hope this bot will be used again in the future, in this case just request the flag again! Best regards and thanks for bot's work :) --Superpes15 (talk) 00:14, 10 October 2023 (UTC)
