- The community needs to develop an active test project; it must remain active until approval (automated statistics, recent changes). It is generally considered active if the analysis lists at least three active, not-grayed-out editors listed in the sections for the previous few months.

Proposal
editAghem is spoken by over 40.000 persons according to the 2005 national census. Aghem is taught in schools and the graduates who are in Yaounde, Douala, Buea, Bamenda, Britain, Germany, Sweden, USA, China etc request for electronic didactic tools so that they should not relapse into illiteracy as well as teach their children written Aghem. Researchers must not only come to Aghem land before getting information about Aghem, thus, they can use this site for online information.
Discussion
edit- Oppose While the goals of this project are useful, they fall outside of the purpose of Wikipedia, to construct an encyclopedia. Aghem-language websites could perhaps instead be created outside of the WMF. The number of native speakers is also quite low, in the tens of thousands.
