Brief summary of the incident edit

Sysop of Zazaki Wikipedia Mirzali random blocking the vikipedists.He should be removed from the Wikipedia for future of the Zazaki Wikipedia.

Firstly Hi to all,the problem is that we users cant get along with the Sysop Mirzali.He is blocking users random.On the Zazakipedia my main account is this Arde.With that account,I was contributing for Wikipedia Zazaki/development of Zazakipedia.With this account I made too many contribution on Zazaki wikipedia and for a while I made contribution but he did not notice me because He were not on Wikipedia.He was joining to wikipedia just one or two days about a week.When he noticed me,for no reason he blocked me.For no reason.Later I talked with him,but he did not wanted me on wikipedia for no reasoun(even i did not know him,and he dont know me.) Later I told user Erdemaslancan about the topic, and he talked with another a sysop of wikipedia(He is Asmen,you are can check it),and through him Mirzali unblocked me.For a while time, I continued to make contribution to Wikipedia Zazaki,but after a while He(Mirzali) again blocked me and again for no reason.And I was forced to open a new account.I opened a new accont(Newos,you are can check it) and I started to make contribution for Zazaki Wikipedia.But Mirzali again blocked me.For weeks, I tried to talk with Mirzali but he did not listen me.and later again I was forced to open a new account.Except me and Erdemaslancan,nobody makes contribution on Zazaki Wikipedia and Mirzali blocking us.Growth of Zazaki Wikipedia is stoped,because of Mirzali.He dont want that Zazaki wikipedia is growing.We (I and Erdemaslancan) are working for Wikipedia and We want to make contributions for Zazaki Wikipedia but Mirzali is hindering us.and also Mirzali is just sometimes comes to Wikipedia and just chaning the Main page and going back.Mirzali's action is just this on wikipedia.He is not helpful for Wikipedia Zazaki.Briefly we users dont want him on Wikipedia and We want that abolition of Mirzali's management on Zazaki Wikipedia.. Hi,maybe before a few months ago I opened an account on Zazaki wikipedia,You are all can check, Mirzali blocked me for no reason, he did not tried way of speaking,and blocked me for no reason.He is speaking with northern Zazaki,Im speaking with Central Zazaki,so he did not wanted me on Wikipedia.He think that wikipedia is just belonging to northern Zazas.He is like a dictator.He think wikipedia is belonging to just him and northern Zazas.I was aggrieved there. I'm not liar and Im not Erdemaslancan, I can proof it,I can give you are all my adress and Erdemaslancan can do it too.We can proof it but Mirzali can not proof it because he is liar and he is schizophrene.We are Me,Erdem and Calanor Mirzali have special problem with us(we dont have any problem with him) and so he think wikipedia is his property and he blocking us on wikipedia.again I say We can proof everthing but Mirzali cant do it. Arguments against edit

Oppose : He is a notorious liar. It is one and the same person (Erdemaslancan) with different user names (Abramoviç, Tadiranscopus, Calanor, Arde, Newos). Is it obviously not suspected that so many are at once on his side? He is now an expert at opening of new accounts. His arguments are only of personal nature with a political background (The Community Portal of Zazaki Wikipedia). He is trying to mislead the people with his polemic. He can't Zazaish well. He can't even other languages well, either in writing nor in speech. His contributions are only copies of existing material and other wikis. His alleged competence is played. Not the quantity but the quality is important in Wikipedia. I spend at least my time in recent months with his past mistakes and his foolish behaviour. He is playing a double game. He's just an unemployed wastrel, who spends his time for 24 hours in front of the PC. -- Mirzali

He is so stupid that he stumbles again in contradictions. Furthermore, I believe now that he is only a spy of extreme Turkish or Kurdish nationalists. He don't care about Zazaki. Especially since he writes this language very bad and wrong. He would also not improve and learn more. With copies of text from English and Turkish, he attempts to translate and destroys the already existing Zazaish texts. -- Mirzali

Here is a proof of his lies. Because he (Erdemaslancan alias Abramoviç and Tadiranscopus) claimed to be independent of that allegedly Arde (Calanor, Newos). It had every time a good reason why I blocked him. But he ran his foul play on and on. Not to mention his edit war under different IP-numbers. Even worse, he oppened many sockpuppet accounts with my username like Mirzali2, Mirzali3, Mirzali4, Mirzali5, Mirzali6, Mirzali7, Mirzali8, Mirzali10, Mirzali11, Mirzali12, Mirzali13, Mirzali14, Mirzali15, Mirzali16 and Mirzali Zazaoğlu etc. (block logs). I wanted first to settle this issue in our internal community portal among us. However, he has removed my entry and I was insulted by him in Turkish miscellaneous times and he deleted my personal texts from my user page. What is this childish behavior, I wonder? This mentally disturbed person (Erdem Aslancan) uses an illegal method, to give force to his lies. He violates any rules of wiki projects. He needs to be banned from everywhere, because he's just a culprit and no reliable person. Here he asks strangers to testify against me. These people who have previously voted against me. Gomadas observation on diq.wiki is partly right, about what concerns Erdemaslancan (Arde). But otherwise he (Gomada) is not objective, and he has ulterior motives, because he is a Kurdish nationalist. The site stated by him is one of Kurds. Hi,firstly I want to say that all things are what Mirzali said are lie.We are all aggrieved here.I'm not Arde or Newos or another a person.Mirzali uses Wikipedia just like his own property.He is blocking the users for no reason.He blocked me too many times.He dont know how to use wikipedia,he is very rarely coming wikipedia and just changing the main page and later going.He is still insult me here too, Im not wastrel or unemployed and I dont spend my all time in wikipedia.Arde,Calanor and other users too makes contributions to wikipedia and so he think that they are me,so he says that he spend his time for 24 hours in front of the PC,I have a good job.These ones are just Mirzali's lie.Im not talking slangy like Mirzali here.All of you are showing who is saying the fact..We dont want Mirzali in wikipedia,he damaging to wikipedia with blocking the users...decision is yours...

2. This IP user's (probably User:Erdemaslancan's) Wikimedia:Canvassing in Kurdish Wikipedia.

3. This IP user's (probably User:Erdemaslancan's) threatening　behavior in Zazaki Wikipedia.

4. User:Erdemaslancan's Wikimedia:Canvassing in Wikimeida Incubator: Gagamen, Azlankonyzim, Ayten Huseynova, Tuzkozbir, Mardetanha, Baskervill, Cekli829, Vugar 1981, Universal Life, Srhat, Joseph, Urment, Udaz, موسا (Musa), Emperyan, DsMurat, Mirzabegoviç, Seksen iki yüz kırk beş etc.

5. As long as I understand, there is dispute on the wording for city in Zazaki language. On the one hand, User:Erdemaslancan claims that Sûk (Arabic origin) is common name, on the other hand User:Mirzali claims that Bacar (Iranic origin) is common name. Although I controlled in Zazaki-Turkish dictionary, unfortunately one of them may be not useful for diq-Wikipedia, but for kiu-Wikipedia, I couldn't find evidence of User:Erdemaslancan's claim. Possibly the word is common only in User:Erdemaslancan's circle.

6. Maybe some users were blocked wrongly or . They had better to post e-mail to administrators of Zazaki Wikipedia. Takabeg (talk) 11:57, 2 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Support to unblock. Because:

1. There is no reason to legitimate block with an expiry time of infinite. Arde & Erdemaslancan are different person. Arde (Emre) can compose sentences, but Erdemaslancan cannot make sentences and he added only list, category etc. Arde was gentle and coolheaded. Erdemaslancan abused WP:Civility repeatedly. As long as I understand, Erdemaslancan started his vandalism after reject of unblocking. I think Mirzali have to unblock Arde and change the term of expiry time for Erdemaslancan (Mirzali had better wait for passions of Erdem to settle down). Comment: First of all, i dont support any side. Therefore i would suggest that, Stewards should control Zazaki wikipedia until qualified users come to Zazaki wikipedia. My reasons:

For sure, Erdemaslancan = (Abramoviç, Tadiranscopus, Calanor), Arde = Newos. And its possible that Arde = Erdemaslancan. That means there are not more than 2 people. (Btw, he has confessed that those user accounts belong him and he has said, he has more) I always check Zazaki wikipedia and i can understand Zazaki. So, i know what Mirzali and Erdemaslancan do there. Erdemaslancan doesnt care quality or meaning of encyclopedia. He just works for numbers. But that doesnt make sense. His Zazaki is not good even. He copies and pastes and at least created same content, empty etc 12,000 articles. (1,2, 3 examples of empty article), (1, 2, 3... examples of same content) or (1, 2... examples of original research). In short, he doesnt care rules of wikipedia and meaning of encyclopedia.

2. About Mirzali, yes i have already reported him. Because he doesnt let Zazaki wikipedia to grow up. He is strict. There were zaza users who didnt want to contribute in Zazaki wikipedia because of him. Yes he can speak Zazaki, but that doesnt mean that Zazaki belongs only him. As Erdemaslancan (Arde) has said above, he doesnt really do much there. Every time, he corrects mistakes of Erdemaslancan and chosing same article as the featured article. Mirzali still insist on an alphabet which doesnt represent Zaza people. here is the original zazaki alphabet. Mirzali isnt a linguist. He can just speak Zazaki and that doesnt mean that, he should decide for all zaza people. There are real linguists and authors who create Zazaki literature and culture. J. Îhsan Espar, Malmisanij and others. Mirzali is not better than any of them. But he doesnt accept them. Mirzali and Erdemaslancan have fight for accents. Each one wants to use their accent. Wikipedia is not a nursery. By the way, its written that, there are 4 admins in Zazaki wikipedia. One of them is bureaucrat. Its interesting that, the Bureaucrat and an admin are not active more than 1 year. The other admin "Asmen" goes to Zazaki wiki, several times in a year.(contr. of Asmen) So, Mirzali is the only person who controls the wiki. That makes him to behave as a lord there. Firstly everyone thinks that Erdemaslancan (tadiranscopus, abramoviç), Arde (Newos) and Calanor are just beloning to one person.Some users thinks that we are the people who are psychological ill.Yes,tadiranscopus is belonging to Erdemaslancan but i opened tadiranscopus for add interwikis to English wikipedia.Because I was blocked in English wikipedia because of my other account Erdemaslancan.[is the block history,you are can check it].My other account Abramoviç is totally in Zazaki Wikipedia.

Arde and newos,they are not my account.Mirzali blocked that accounts for clerical and grammar error.We or other users, our purpose is serve our langauge.Yes, there is some people supports us but they dont know Zazaki.We dont have any problem with Zazaki wikipedia.The problem is just Sysop/Manager Mirzali of Zazaki Wikipedia.There is not north-south battle in Zazaki Wikipedia,Gomada is wrong about this topic.We can write both (north and south) dialect.If language community open kiu wikipedia soon,the articles which ones are created with northern Zazaki will add to Northern Zazaki(kiu) Wikipedia.Such as Azerbaijani wikipedia. You dont know what you are really talking about. And if you are aganist me, why do you ask for help? What is this? As i said, neither you nor Mirzali, you dont help Zazaki language. In few days 5000 empty article have been deleted and there are still more than 4000 empty article that should be deleted in Zazaki wikipedia. Why? Because you just created them for nothing. Calanor edit

User:Calanor was unblocked in Zazaki Wikipedia on 12 March 2013 by diq:Karber:Mirzali, because there is no absolute proof that he/she is one of the sockpuppets of Erdemaslancan.
