As part of my job, I sometimes need to take care of Tech/News (TN), which requires translations. I'm in charge of TN this week and I forgot to check if I was a translation admin on this wiki. :D
Concerning experience, I'm already a translation admin on MediaWiki, where I write and update products documentation.
