I would like to request access to the CentralNotice as member of the international team who organizes Wiki Loves Monuments. In the team I am responsible for the technical infrastructure on the wikis, including the upload campaigns and CentralNotices that are needed for the 40 to 60 countries that participate. I am aware of the consequences and impact of the CentralNotice, and will be as careful as possible. I am also involved in other projects and I am willing to help out during the rest of the year.
