Meta:Requests for adminship/Kiensvay

I usually do translation to Khmer and sometimes watch Recent changes for vandalism. I'd like to be an admin here. I am an admin on kmwiki. I have over 400 edits here and over 6000 edits on kmwiki (see my account on Wikimedia projects). I'd like to help somethings within Khmer Pages and get more experiences admin here. Oppose - sorry but I don't really see any reason as to why you need adminship here, the task you are talking about doesn't really need the sysop bits to do. Most of your edits are repetitive edits to the same articles and no vandal fighting anywhere in your edits, though you are a good editor and you have done wonders for Khmer based article here, but sadly I'll oppose because I really don't think the tools are necessary here...--Cometstyles 05:04, 4 June 2008 (UTC)

{{editprotected}}is always available for one-time things. Unless you're maintaining the script (and maybe not even then) I don't see the need for adminship here either. – Mike.lifeguard | @en.wb 22:11, 4 June 2008 (UTC)- I think Mediawiki can't not unprotect, I can't edit it without sysops right.
