Hoi,
I am nowadays better known for what I do for Wiktionary than what I do for Wikipedia. In Wiktionary I am a bureaucrat or sysop on several sites, my bot is active on some 30+ projects with propably some 500.000 edits.
Meta is one of the more relevant resources for me. I often deal with new proposals and often I go back to old stuff that people refer to. It is not seldom that I find snippits of ideas in rather old material.
When I am a sysop, I can do the occasional vandalfighting when it happens. It may also help people realise that there is a genuine appreciation for some of the "useless" old stuff by others. Being a sysop, it will certainly help me to find things anyway.. :) GerardM 19:09, 6 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
