I would like to nominate myself for CentralNotice adminship on Meta-Wiki. I currently serve as the technical officer for the Wiki Loves Folklore (WLF) International campaign, during which I developed four specialized tools to support various campaign activities. With advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, I am fully prepared to handle the technical aspects of creating and maintaining centralnotice banners. I have familiarized myself with the banner usage and other necessary documentation (For example, banner guidelines, CSS coding convention etc.), and I am committed to ensuring that all banners adhere to these standards.

If granted CentralNotice adminship, I intend to volunteer my skills for designing and updating banners for Wiki Loves Folklore and other community-driven requests. My aim is to help keep our campaigns and announcements clear, engaging, and accessible for all Wikimedia users.
