@Cabayi I think from the new username you can understand that it's a job (promotions), but I'm not 100% familiar with Enwiki's policies (I did read the policy page, but most of the knowledge was accumulated with work...), so you might want to wait for another opinion from someone who knows more than me what the policy is there, whatever you think...
