Dear Krishna Chaitanya Velaga,
It sounds like you are a very dedicated volunteer on Wikipedia! It is wonderful that you want to extend your learning about our projects by participating in the training that Asaf Bartov is offering about Wikidata.
Unfortunately, we cannot fund your request because the TPS program does not fund participation in Wikimedia events. Rather, we fund people to present about Wikimedia at non-Wikimedia events.
It is possible that there may be other support available that I do not know about, so I am pinging Asaf to see if he has any information about other possible funding support for your learning goals.
