Hello Agbalagba, thank you for submitting this proposal for Yoruba Wikipedia Awareness. I have a couple follow up questions for you:

  • I understand that you're hoping to do a two-hour recruitment session with Yoruba drummers to be followed by a symposium. In your budget I only see one hall rental for symposium. Can you tell me how you're planning to have students from four different institutions come to one hall?
Thanks for your feedback @WJifar (WMF):. We do not intend to bring students from the 4 proposed institutions to a single Hall. We plan to only focus on students of Yoruba language department of any of the proposed institutions. We have fixed the language on the grant page. We apologize for the confusion. • In terms of gifts for participants I would encourage you to keep the wrist bands and remove the lanyard and customized pen and notebook. They are high cost for individuals who are simply attending an event.

Please let me know your answers so we can move this project forward. Best regards, WJifar (WMF) (talk) 23:24, 9 October 2019 (UTC)Reply

This items have been removed as suggested. But we discovered that two items were not included in the budget 1)Fliers and 2) phone calls. Can we still include these items? Thank you. Agbalagba TC 09:13, 10 October 2019 (UTC)Reply
