Hi Jaqi-aru. Thank you for this grant proposal and efforts to organize a Wikipedia education program at El Alto University! It's great that you've already established a relationships with the school and teachers have expressed interest in the project. Thank you for providing such a complete proposal.

We are also happy to learn that you are already in contact with several experienced Wikimedians and Wikimedia Bolivia. For an ambitious project of this size (10 teachers and 100 students is a lot!) you will definitely need firm commitment from at least three experienced Wikimedians to help with the training, answer questions from students, and to provide online mentorship throughout the project period. Before moving forward with approval, we want to make sure you have that commitment. Please ask those experienced Wikimedians who will join the project to endorse the proposal at the bottom of the page. Another option is to work with one experienced Wikimedian and only a couple of teachers and classrooms. Often, pilots of this size are easier to manage.

Looking forward to hearing from you. Best, Alex Wang (WMF) (talk) 20:34, 2 February 2017 (UTC)Reply

Thank you for your message Alex Wang (sorry for our delay), Jaqi Aru as community has a couple experienced wikipedians already, who organized some wokrshops related to Wikipedia in the past. At least three members of Jaqi Aru and one member of Wikimedia Bolivia already confirmed to support with 20 hours online and 20 hours offline per month. Some of the wikipedians already sent us messages inbox saying that they are going to join according to their free times. And also they told us that they are going to endorse the proposal. --Jaqi-aru (talk) 21:38, 7 February 2017 (UTC)Reply
