Hello Kamal Osama thank you for submitting your report and for sending in your expense documentation. I really enjoyed reading your outcome section.
- It looks like you had great success in your outreach strategy to hit and exceed your number of photos target.
- It was great to see the uploaded photos. I see on GLAMorous that 2.15% of your uploaded photos are in use. Do you have any plans for how to increase the number of photos that will be in use? Any follow-up activities you're considering?
- Great to see you also included professional photographers to come speak to your group and use that approach to increase the skills of your participants.
- Thank you for sharing the challenges with the judging of the photos and it looks like you're already thinking of solutions by exploring new partnerships with photography clubs.
- As I mentioned in my email to you I don't understand how you have remaining funds when your actuals are more than the estimates. Do let me know how you have remaining funds.

Hello WJifar (WMF),
Thank you for your precious comments. Am so happy that we have finally opened a discussion and had a review on our report. We succeeded in hitting our target of uploading photos during the contest and I believe that many photos have good quality... The jury members have worked a lot on evaluating the photos and put a scoring system for exploring the winners. Also, The photography clubs have sustained the contest in calling volunteers to participate. I think this strategy will work out in the next contests.
- Regarding "the plans for increasing the number of photos that will be in use", It was hard for us as coordinators to check and monitor the uploaded photos and make them used on Wikipedia. Especially with new beginner participants! Also, we had challenges in getting the statistics of the contest.
- There is an error in calculating expenses, I missed the final sign +/- in calculating but I corrected it in the report. Also, I checked the expenses and receipts and I will add a full explanation in another e-mail. Regards --Kamal Osama (talk) 21:22, 9 March 2018 (UTC)
