Hello Adoscam, thank you for all the work you did on this grant report. It is really well documented both in the financial documentation and the photos. Congratulations! I just have a couple of follow up comments:

1. Please note that we take T-shirts to be a high cost item and in your initial proposal you listed that you will only be getting 5 t-shirts for organizers for 50 USD but in your final report we see that you ended up purchasing 24 t-shirts for 120 USD. In the future if you're going to make such a large shift in your budget amount you should contact us ahead of time and ask for approval.
2. Would you let us know what a gift hamper is? I'm not sure if this is lost in translation or if it means something else. It's different from a gift card or gift voucher so just wondering what it actually is.

gift hamper is also gift vouchers. it is no different from the checks we gave to the winners. which allows them to make purchases in shops in the square.--Adoscam (talk) 17:11, 14 December 2019 (UTC)
