Please accept my apologies that we could not review this proposal as it was originally scheduled, as the Rapid Grants program has not been adequately staffed to review proposals in a timely manner. We are able to review it this month if you like to resubmit it with new start and end dates. I have moved it back to draft, but if adjust the dates, we will be able to review it later this month.
