Hello Pepe piton you have put together a very thorough report. Well done! We were especially impressed with your collaboration efforts that allowed you to tap into a new community of participants. We were also happy to see that you were able to find a work around for the wireless modem that allowed you to keep cost down. Here are a couple of comments for next steps:
- It looks like you already have a plan in place on how you could recruit more experts for future edit-a-thons but we wanted to add to your resources and recommend [1] as a resource to potentially find more experts.
- In terms of the remaining funds please follow the instructions here [2] to request reallocation.

- As for the remaining funds of this Rapid Grant, they add up to 327.03 USD. We would like to use these remaining funds on Wikimedia Uruguay hosting and domain. In the coming months, we will have to face the costs of renewing the domain wikimedia.uy and the hosting of our website.

- Renewal for 3 years of the domain wikimedia.uy = 75 USD
- Renewal for 2 years of the Hostgator "Baby" hosting plan for the Wikimedia Uruguay website = 262.80 USD
- Total = 337.80 USD
- We will pay the extra money (10.77 USD) from the funds of Wikimedia Uruguay.
- 2. Description
- Wikimedia Uruguay website is used to disseminate the chapter's news and activities. The web address is wikimedia.uy. The infrastructure to maintain this website consists of the web domain wikimedia.uy, contracted in the Uruguayan registry of domain names nic.uy, with an annual cost of 25 USD; and a "Baby Plan" hosting by Hostgator, with an annual cost that depends on the type of promotions in force at each moment. At this time, a 2-year Baby Plan renewal costs 262.80 USD. The maintenance of this site is essential to disseminate the work of the chapter.
