Grants talk:Project/Rapid/UG BG/National Conference 2016

Hi Лорд Бъмбъри. Thank you for this very clear and complete grant request. We are happy to support the Wikimedia community in Bulgaria to hold their first national conference. It's great to see you've already completed a pre survey in order to understand what people are interested in sharing and learning. Who will be the international guests and what will they be adding to the conference? We hope this meeting will result in an increase in participation by and communication with folks outside of Sofia and with the user group. Looking forward to hearing how it goes.
