Quick Questions
edit@Nabin K. Sapkota: Looks good overall as far as I'm concerned. Just some quick questions:
- Is it intentional to write 'WLE' shirts, instead of 'WLM'? Seems like a copy paste mistake, but just checking.
- @Effeietsanders: No, it wasn't intentional to write 'WLE' instead of 'WLM', I agree it was just a copy paste mistakes. :)
- you give travel costs for 30 people, with 10 USD per person. Isn't that all participants? The description says 'jury members and invited guests'.
- @Effeietsanders: Yes, it's the cost of jury members and invited guests. I just corrected the statements, please confirm.

Questions and Comments from I JethroBT (WMF)
editHi Nabin K. Sapkota, and thanks for this WLM proposal. I've left you an e-mail detailing some banking- and underspend-related matters from Grants:PEG/User:Ganesh Paudel - Wikipedia Expansion Program in Nepal/Report that must be resolved before this proposal can be approved. Regarding the details of this proposal, I had one concern around the T-shirts and who are they being awarded to. I'm not sure that stakeholders should be receiving T-shirts as a part of grant funds. More expensive merchandise (such as T-shirts) should be given only to recognize exceptional volunteer contributions, such as volunteers for the event itself or contest winners in this proposal. If stakeholders are volunteering or contributing in some way, please explain how. Otherwise, please reduce the number of T-shirts so that these are only to event volunteers and contest winners. Hi I JethroBT (WMF), I've replied the queries regarding banking- and underspend-related matters from Grants:PEG/User:Ganesh Paudel - Wikipedia Expansion Program in Nepal/Report via email, please confirm. Another one regarding the T-shirt, we'll be distributing T-shirts to Winners, Jurors, Team Members and stakeholders (i.e photo-walk group leads, volunteers and mentors of different photography groups during the competition periods), if it's still not suitable, let me decrease these amount from total grant amount. -Nabin K.
