Hello RebeccaRwanda, just wanted to drop a note here that I am renaming the proposal so it is more specific for our records, as there are many Wiki Loves Folklore events proposed at this time. Hello RebeccaRwanda, thanks for submitting this Rapid Grant and for your efforts to run the Wiki Loves Folklore contest in Rwanda. I have reviewed your application and have the following requests about the budget:

• Communication outreaches - please reduce this expense by half (100 USD)
• Prizes - reduce it to 350 USD maximum
• Jury gifts - reduce this expense to 100 USD
• Contingency Amount - reduce it to 50 USD
