Can you please provide more details about the prizes you will give out as part of this competition? The Rapid Grant guidelines do not allow cash prizes; please adjust your proposal accordingly.

Dear MMontes (WMF), regarding your question, we decided to divide the amount required for the grant in this way:

• Gift card of Trenitalia of 100 EUR from 10th to 4th position (=700 EUR)
• Gift card of Trenitalia of 150 EUR from 3rd to 1st position (=450 EUR)
• Voucher for books purchase of 50 EUR from 3rd to 1st position (=150 EUR)
• 200 EUR for additional costs: printing high quality certificates, shipping certificates and prizes, etc.

We have long thought about how to ensure that the competition is low environmental impact and how to reduce the purchase of consumer products, as the spirit of the contest. So we think that offering a voucher that allow you to travel in the most ecologic way is the best prize that we could offer. --CristianNX (talk) 15:36, 2 May 2019 (UTC)

Request for delay

Hallo MMontes (WMF) and LSmith (WMF); WLE jury phase is ended, and we are closing the "awards phase" and, consequently, this grant. Due to some delays with expeditions, we want to ask you if it's possible to have a little extensions (1-2 weeks): the receipt of the shipping will have the date of early September, some days later the end date of this grant.
