Hello Galahmm, thank you for submitting this comprehensive Rapid Grant request. We are glad that you are addressing the racial gap on Wikipedia and Wikidata through organizing a series of online edit-a-thons. I have reviewed your request and have the following questions and requests:

• In the detailed budget you have expenses for “Professional licence for social media management” and “Professional licence video conference and webinair program”. Could you please elaborate on these expenses? Which licenses do you need and where are you planning to get them?
• Why do you need child care for online events and how will you provide it?
• How will you be tracking the contributions of the participants?
• You have mentioned in the probox that this would be a group grant. Could you please add a secondary contact (grant co-signer) to the probox?

Hi @DSaroyan (WMF): and thank you for engaging the discussion. I will answer in the same order:

-The program we think of using for managing the social medias of the project is Hootsuit, a team account. The license on video conference and webinar is Zoom.

-I need child care because my kid is 23 months old, and I can not organize, nor lead or even contribute since the covid-19 situation, unless I leave the baby with someone. In the country where we live we have only half confinement (we can move freely as long as we respect distances) and it is assumed that babies do not convey/spread the disease.

-The contributions trackings will be made through a dashboard.

-Sure, the co-signer is AfricanadeCuba, I just added her to the probox.
