I apologize for presenting this request in such a short notice, but the benefits of this project are so evident, that it would be a shame if I wouldn't give it a try to get it approved, at least. This project will have optimal benefits if 2nd round is run before next art+feminism 2018 event. It's usually harder for us to approve additional funds once we've signed a grant agreement so please look at the flight costs now and adjust the grant amount as necessary before we move forward. Hi WJifar (WMF)! Thank you so much for approving this so fast! With the budget I've completed just now, the flight costs for arriving in Lisbon in the morning of 26 January, and coming back in 2 March afternoon (allowing for ~1 day of additional time there) will be ~150€ on Easyjet, while staying at the same hostel I've been ("The Independent") will be ~50€ for 4 nights. If there is no problem from your part, I could use the rest to help with the meals and transportation in Lisbon, so there is no need from my part to change anything on the presented budget. Please tell me what I have to do next. Thank you again, Isabel lousada and the groups in Lisbon will be really happy to know we can proceed with the workshops as planned!
