Hello, Camelia.boban; thank you for submitting this grant proposal. As noted in the Eligibility and Funding Guidelines page, we are only receiving applications for Wiki Loves Monuments in the month of August, and for awareness campaigns grants in the month of September. I am moving this application back to draft so that you may adjust it to current funding guidelines and resubmit it in a month open to other types of applications. Ok. As is almost organized, for now I will delete the travel expenses and send it on September. Without the travel expenses covered, I'm affraid that will be hard to take care and organize other in person events. We are volunteers, we spend our time, we also give our donations, but we cannot pay for organize Wikimedia events. Sometimes we even do that, but we cannot do it everytime.
