Hi ola.mahadi, thank you for submitting your grant application. We appreciate your efforts to run the WikiForHumanRights campaign in Sudan! We have reviewed your grant proposal and we have the following requests and concerns.

Eligibility issue:

• Your final report for Wiki Loves Africa 2022 Sudan is overdue by 70+ days which makes you ineligible for WIkimedia Foundation Funds. We will not be able to process this or any other grant requests unless a complete report is submitted for the Wiki Loves Africa 2022 Sudan grant. Please submit the report, otherwise we will have to decline this grant request.

• The requested budget is out of the maximum support amount for the Rapid Funds. Please adjust your project and its budget by reducing the proposed scope. The maximum supported budget is 5,000 USD.

• In the detailed budget, please add equivalent amounts in your local currency. Make sure to add updated amounts in USD and BND to questions 19 and 19.2. Please adjust expenses to the local prices in Sudan.
• In your response to question 5, please make clear if any coordinator receives any payment. If any role will be compensated, please highlight it and provide a list of responsibilities.
• Please fill out question 17. Additionally, please provide detailed definitions for the core metrics. How do you define participants, editors, and organizers? Add them to the metrics section in your grant proposal (question 17).
• Which resources will you use to train participants? Please add all relevant links and information to your response to question 2. If you don't have any training resources, please explain why.

Please follow these instructions to submit your final report. Once the report is submitted, please make the indicated changes to your grant application on the Wikimedia Foundation Grantee Portal (Fluxx). Log in to the Grantee Portal and you will see your application in the 'Proposals need attention' section. Edit and re-submit your application by February 27, 2023.
