As a long-time contributor and editor to Wikipedia, I am strongly endorse this project. I have worked closely with the applicant, especially in a Wikipedia Training in northern Nigeria where he served diligently, and I have no any doubt that if you accept his proposal, he will deliver the project successfully. The target community, Gombe State University has never benefited from Wikipedia, in fact they are ignorant of the efforts and struggles of Wikipedia in local, National and global Community. I have no doubt that this project, if granted, will contribute immensely in exposing students of the university to Wikipedia, especially as it will mark the creation of a Wikipedia club to be recognized and registered in the university. The institution has great number of students who actively participate in educational events and especially ambiguous writers and creative minds, i believe the introduction of this projects, the first ever in the university, will enlighten them broadly on Wikipedia projects and help institute the first ever Wikipedia community club in the Northeastern Nigeria domiciled in the university as the host. • The project aims at raising awareness about Wikimedia projects at the Gombe University and training participants on how to edit these projects. However, in the past there have been similar activities in the region. The impact of these awareness activities are not clear.
• You don't have relevant experience on the target Wikimedia projects. We need to make sure that the project leader has relevant experience on the target Wikimedia projects. The team members' roles and responsibilities are unclear.
• The community notification hasn't been done properly as requested in question 11.
• Some responses are unclear. For example, your response to learning question (question 15) is a copy of another response.
