Hi James. Thank you for this proposal. We're especially excited about the possibility of an Ada ally skills training. However, before we can consider another grant proposal for training, we need to understand the impact of this year's training program. We understand from the report that you will be conducting a 6-month and 12-month analysis of the previous grant, but we will need some interim metrics to understand the potential for success. It has been 4 months since the workshop. At the very minimum we would need to know if the participants have organized or are planning to organize events in the near future, if they are continuing to actively contribute to the projects, and what feedback they have about the training.
