Thank you for this clear and very thorough report. We especially appreciate your honest comments on lessons learned and your feedback will definitely help our assessment of the pilot. Reflections on Next Steps edit
The grants made under the flow funding project did show impact and we are impressed with the coordination of the project despite limited resources. However, the grants did not yield the type of projects we hoped for -- all of the projects could have been funded by the Project and Event Grants Program or local chapters. We had hoped to reach new and diverse audiences with innovate projects and proactive funders. We do think that the flow funding method could be explored further if there is a volunteer who is willing to take the lead and design an improved program addressing the lessons learned.
