Thank you for the report; we enjoyed reading about WMEE's activities.
Would you please add some links to the following activities:
- Link to any pages documenting the WLM competition
- Links to content produced through the WLM competition, article competition, and translation bee, if available
We approve the reallocation of funds within the project budget explained here, and also accept this report.

- Dear Winifred, I'm quite sure I sent our receipts for last year to grantsadmin@wikimedia.org on April 11. What's still missing, though, are the English summaries. Remaining funds edit
One more note on the funds remaining: these 5259 EUR may be reallocated to a future grant submission from WMEE if it is approved. WMEE may retain these funds until they may be applied to an approved grant submission, or until instructed by WMF to return them. Winifred Olliff (Grants Administrator) talk 17:49, 16 May 2013 (UTC)
- Hello! We were expecting this submission but it has not yet been opened. We will allow WMEE to retain the funds for another 21 days, until 11 July. Please be sure to submit your new grant request before that day or return the funds to WMF. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns. - Hello, again! We notice that your current request is currently still in draft form. Unfortunately, WMEE is currently out of compliance since these funds are no longer retained with our permission. Would you kindly return them to WMF using these instructions: Grants:Index/Return_unused_funds_to_WMF?

- Well, when I wrote to you, saying that I submitted our grant application, I evidently forgot to replace "Draft" with "Open". Too bad that nobody else noticed it then. If that's going to cost us 5259 EUR, I'm pretty much inclined to consider resigning. --Oop (talk) 11:18, 12 July 2013 (UTC)
- Hi, Oop! If your application is open now you may of course retain the funds with WMF's permission until a decision is delivered on Grants:WM EE/2013. I did in fact see your comment yesterday, but misunderstood it has you wanting to move the submission from "Withdrawn draft" to "Draft" status, and I saw it was already marked "Draft." Apologies if my note here caused you any unnecessary worry: we are just trying to ensure that grant funds are returned or reallocated in a more timely way. - Yeah, well, that's why we're trying to establish a system where it would be sure that someone would be both responsible for submitting all papers in time and have the time to do it. I doubt if we could manage applying through the FDC system relying just on volunteers, if we're already behind all schedules for GAC. --Oop (talk) 15:53, 12 July 2013 (UTC)
