Update: fiscal sponsorship fee

We'd like to change the budget slightly, moving money from other categories into a 2% ($450) fiscal sponsorship management fee to WMNY. Updated budget plan

Now we have reshaped the event a bit, and it looks like our expenses are a bit simpler and a bit less:

• $10,000 for Hopin platform subscription (much more than previously budgeted)
• $6,000 for Kudo interpretation software plugged in to the platform
• $1,500-2,000 for Tlatolli Ollin interpreters
• $1,000-$1,500 for local events (a category not shown in the original budget)
• $400 for fiscal management fee to WMNY
