We have not yet reimbursed all the local organisers and would therefore not be able to offer a final statement on the money we have spent and the money we will return to WMF. On top of that the WMAT employee who has been taking care of the reimbursement process, is currently on holiday until the end of the week - would it therefore be possible to extend the deadline by two weeks until the 13th of September to accommodate outstanding payments and get a final statement on the expenses?
