Johnjoy/Wikify Ibadan: Wikidata and SPARQL Training
I am an undergraduate of the University of Ibadan (UI) and an active Wikipedian editor. I also participated in the maiden edition of Wikidata training at Lagos State University, organized in conjunction with the Developer Students Club (DSC), LASU. As a result of the success of the event in Lagos and the perceived benefits that the knowledge of SPARQL to DSC and the usage of Wikidata among members of the club at UI. I am super excited to introduce the event to the club. I have reached an agreement with the leaders of the group (DSC UI) to organise a two-day event at the university that will help in recruiting new editors and improving the skills of existing editors.
