Learning

edit

Projects do not always go according to plan. Sharing what you learned can help you and others plan similar projects in the future. Help the movement learn from your experience by answering the following questions:

  • What worked well?
  • Publication of numerous peer-reviewed articles.
  • The expansion of participants was a great improvement.
  • Indexing in Scopus for WikiJournal of Medicine provides a stamp of high standards in publishing.
  • The system of having a technical editor has elucidated what needs to be specified and improved when hiring in 2021.
  • What did not work so well?
  • Article processing is still slowed by many technical and often repetitive tasks, emphasizing the need for paid technical editor hiring for such tasks.
  • What would you do differently next time?
  • For 2021, there will be a Simple Annual Plan Grant application, which will include further provision for technical editor hiring.
