Did you meet your goals? Are you happy with how the project went?
In short, yes, as the grant has sustained the WikiJournal project and its mission "to publish scholarly works with no cost for the authors, apply quality checks on submissions by expert academic peer review, and make accepted works available online free of charge, in perpetuity" [1].
Outcome edit
The outcomes are split into first and second halves of the year, to be used for annual activity reports spanning June 1 to May 31 the following year.

Many achievements as listed above.
- What did not work so well?
The planned hiring of a technical editor was not achieved this year, as it required some further discussion and planning. A task group is currently accepting and reviewing applications, but the project will need to retain the grant funding for this purpose as also mentioned in #Remaining funds below.
Back-end technical limitations continue to result in a large manual workload for automatable tasks. Requests for several WikiJournal-relevant technical features in the Community Wishlist Survey 2020 did not result in any of the requested items being in the top 5 to be implemented.
- What would you do differently next time?
The technical editor role is now better specified (WikiJournal User Group/Technical editor), and applications are ongoing, so WikiJournal is expected to use the grant money for that purpose during 2020.
Technical feature implementation may have to be either a) part of the or sister project application b) via collaboration with OJS.

- $275: Crossref membership
- $210 (167 GBP): Membership in Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE)
- $24: Domain fees for WikiJSci.org (WikiJournal of Science), and WikiJHum.org (WikiJournal of Humanities), each now costing $12 per year. The WikiJMed.org (WikiJournal of Medicine) registration lasted through January 2020, and did not need payment in 2019.
