私たちが実現しようとしている、日本の地方都市における社会的・文化的変化の達成のため、オールドメディア（写真、映像フィルム、カセットテープ、など）のデジタルアーカイブ・地域創生・教育の3点を考えています。オールドメディアのデジタルアーカイブの観点では、街の歴史を記録したオールドメディアをデジタル化することで永続的に再生可能になること。地域創生の観点では、地域（文化財を含む）の現地調査や文献調査を行うことにより、地域の魅力の発見をすることができるということ。教育の観点では、文献調査を体験することで、資料収集や情報の取捨選択、情報自体へのセルフレビューができるようになることを考えています。

前回の迅速助成金にて実施したエディタソンのプログラムをベースに、テーマを変えてエディタソンを行うことを予定しています。プログラムは3つの段階に分かれています。

第1段階は講師を招いたウィキペディアタウンです。参加者はここで基本的な調査や執筆の知識を習得します。

第2段階は編集サークルと質問会です。参加者は各自で取り組むテーマを決定し、編集サークルの時間を使って調査と執筆を進めます。その中で出てきた疑問点を講師に質問する機会を用意します。執筆した記事は随時公開して行きます。編集サークルと質問会は複数回開催予定です。

第3段階は発表会です。参加者が公開した記事について、エピソードや感想などを一人ひとり発表します。発表に対して講師がコメントをし、学びを全員で共有する機会を作ります。

同様のプログラム構成で行ったエディタソンについてDiffで報告しています。こちらも併せて検討材料としてお役立てください。

前回は災害をテーマにしましたが、今回は郷土の伝統芸能や文化をテーマに開催したいと考えています。

日本の石川県加賀市の市民を対象としています。対象者の中でも特に郷土の伝統芸能や文化に興味のある人々に対して事前にヒアリングを行い、テーマの選定や開催内容を一緒に検討します。私たちは参加者に対してテーマに基づいた基本的な資料を提供し、複数回の講座の中で、自身の興味のある分野についてウィキペディアやウィキボヤージュに記事を投稿できるようにサポートします。また同様に、興味のある分野の写真を撮影してウィキメディアコモンズへ投稿できるようにサポートします。講座の最終回には、参加者は自身の活動について感想や学びを他の参加者や見学者に対して発表し、お互いの学びを共有する機会を提供します。講座終了後も活動の継続を希望する参加者がいれば、その方達の望むフォローをしたいと考えています。

前回のエディタソンの結果から目標を設定しました。ウィキペディアについては前回の結果よりも高い目標を設定し、より多くの情報発信を目指します。一方でウィキメディア・コモンズについては前回よりも写真や映像の質を高めたいと考え、目標数を減らしました。これによって1つの写真や映像を撮影するためにより注力したり、複数の結果の中からより厳選してアップロードができると考えています。ウィキボヤージュについては、編集対象が「加賀市」のページのみになると考えられるため、前回と変わらない目標数としています。
