我們在台灣目前管理一個全國最大的民間（非政府單位委託）宗教民俗文化網站TRFC（https://trfc.tw/），其中包含的寺廟量超過13,000座。寺廟內容，舉凡文化、神明信仰祭典、建築、藝術、音樂等資訊，多半為與地方民俗研究者或文史團體合作，由他們於網站中線上填寫。我們用這樣的合作模式已經超過18年，證明已經創造全國最大數量以及資訊正確性的民間寺廟資料庫，但資料庫筆數擴充速度仍非常緩慢，因為資料調查與提供者來自於宮廟本身提供的比例很少。初步統計，wiki data上台灣的寺廟資料約為6,000餘筆。 近年隨著COVID-19趨緩，宮廟活動逐漸恢復蓬勃生機，迅速更新與掌握更全面齊全的宮廟資訊是各界很重要的需求與課題。目前TRFC與wiki data無法滿足這資訊迅速及大量的需求。 加上台灣宮廟的管理階層中年輕族群的比例迅速增加，多半是宮廟管理階層的下一代或地方的青年，對於資訊化及網路化的接收度與積極度很高。另一方面，越來越多宮廟有朝向文化創意、數位轉型及國際化發展的趨勢。 因此我們希望結合wiki data國際化的環境以及TRFC具公信力/正確性的環境，建立一個機制，讓宮廟的年輕管理族群及網路社群小編們，能將宮廟文化資訊迅速正確地提供/更新並上架到wiki data以及TRFC上。 當這樣的機制被建起來後，宮廟年輕管理族群以及網路社群小編，不僅會快速滾動台灣各地，讓各地的宮廟文化由下而上，自主地提供宮廟文化資訊，以資料庫架構快速系統性的建立起來。另一方面結合既有地方的民俗文化研究者/團體，相對來說也會讓資料較趨近於正確性/客觀性。這些被建構起來的網路資訊，將成為網路上正確性/即時性的宮廟資訊最大的來源，且具有不定期主動更新內容的特性，因為有宮廟管理族群及網路社群小編。

我們將選擇與1991年成立「台灣寺廟金蘭會」合作，金蘭會宗旨為「發揚傳統宗教文化，促進社會祥和，增進群眾福祉」，截至2024年5月，已有100間宮廟參與金蘭會。我們將透過邀請台灣寺廟金蘭會會員宮廟中有較高資訊化能力的年輕管理族群或網路社群小編進行訪談、討論，以線上/線下方式共同參與共筆工作坊活動，讓大家在活動終將自家宮廟的資訊，以結構化的架構上架於wikid data及TRFC中。 共筆工作坊將選擇台灣寺廟金蘭會會員廟之一，位於臺南市安南區的「正統鹿耳門聖母廟」，地點可以是廟內會議室或於廟埕廣場舉辦（洽談中）。 規劃時程如下： 2024.7.1～2024.8.31 溝通期：TRFC與正統鹿耳門聖母廟討論舉辦地點、規模以及邀請的金蘭會成員、活動當天資訊志工的招募與培訓規劃。 2024.8.1～2024.9.31 籌備期：TRFC與台灣維基媒體協會共同討論、訂定TRFC與 wiki data上寺廟欄位對應的內容與詮釋資料（metadata）規範。 2024.10活動宣傳與舉辦期：將擇於10月一個週末舉辦，包括網路社群的活動宣傳以及當天活動的舉辦 2024.10～2024.11.31 資料彙整期：檢視活動成果，宮廟資訊內容上架是否成功、正確。 2024.12.1～2024.12.20 計畫檢討期：宮廟資料共筆機制流程檢討。
