As an experience community leader, i observed that only One out of Ten Nigerians students know that Wikipedia can be edited.
The program is designed to take place in 3 University Campuses across Nigeria.
Therefore, i am planning to design a Mascot-like personae to be decorated with Wikipedia logo with the Caption " ask me questions about Wikipedia" .The mascot will be used to attract attention where ever we go. The overall plan is to engage many of the students about Wikipedia.

As mentioned in the summary, i plan to design a mascot-like object , decorated with WIkipedia Logo . The object will display an inscription "WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT WIKIPEDIA" . The object will be accompanied by a team of two members that will provide answers to questions from the interested. students.
The project will serve as means of creating attention, while the two other team members will attend to the questions from teeming fans of WIkipedia in Nigeria.
Aside the fact that this project will create awareness, it will serve as a paradigm shift among Nigerian students who only believe that Wkipedia is a search engine where they cannot contribute to.
The program will be held in 5 Universities in Nigeria.

I and my team will visit Five universities in Nigeria namely:
- University of Ibadan ( North Central)
- University of Ilorin ( North Central)
- University of Port Harcourt( South East)
The plan is to use our mascot to arouse and attract the attention of students, to ask questions about Wikipedia. We will also plan to give out fliers that will explain Wikipedia in brief.
