How to build a successful GLAM+Education program is the focus of this talk. Topics that will be discussed include: How to create a program in which interests of all players are met? How to organize the workflow of this kind of program? What roles can Wikimedians in residence and student workers play on GLAM+Education program? What are results that can be expected from a GLAM+Education program?

Abstract

Though this talk will be informed by the specific experiences of a GLAM+Education programs in Brazil, Israel and other places in the world, it intends to provide general guidelines for the global GLAM and Edu communities. The approach to building upon the specific case will be to distill from it general learning points.
