- Accomodation Hôtel Masson, Rue Bonivard 5, 1820 Veytaux-Montreux. Breakfast included. Wikimedia CH is taking care of the reservations. Please do not book any rooms.
- Meals Will be provided as indicated in the program.
- Participation Participation is free of charge. Accommodation will be provided by WMCH. Travel in Switzerland will be reimbursed at half-fare ticket value. Please indicate this in your Expense Report using the Program-Account-Number 44125. WMDE and WMAT will reimburse travel expenses in accordance with their conditions.

- Language This event will be held in French. However contributions can be made in French and German. Participants with other mother tongues are welcome, but should have a basic knowledge of French for communication. English may be used to bridge the remaining gaps.
- Etiquette The WMCH Respectful behavior space policy is mandatory.
The program is almost final; only minor changes are to be expected.
