Role of the chapters edit
All costs for accommodation and travel are covered by your chapter. All item costs mentioned on the program table are inclusive. WMAT, WMCH and WMDE have promised to accept the travel expenses, WMIT is considering; the WMCH as organizer will cover the accommodation. Please feel welcome in Ticino to learn about its culture and its history. WMAT and WMDE will support the first five volunteers, each. Please contact your chapter, whether the costs will be paid.
Please make your registration according to the section "Terms of participation". WMCH will arrange the booking at the hotel. Do not arrange anything with the hotels directly, but with us! Book your railway tickets early to save money! Tickets for long distance travelling are quite cheep up to a month in advance. Better book earlier to get your required reservation.
Note for Euro-Travellers edit
Switzerland is quite expensive. Plan more budget for your own requirements as for beverages, books or souvenirs. We plan to organize a trip to Ascona/ Locarno at Saturday evening. That might be the only occasion to spend some money. So it is better not to change any currency into Swiss Francs but to pay with Euro or by Maestro or with other cards. Euros are always accepted but at a little bad exchange rate.
