Wikinews mobile app

Problem: Wikipedia has also launched a mobile app, which also allows a lot of people to use the app to read articles, and since it's a news medium, it's possible that more of our audience can reach it. Some people do prefer to use apps to read news.
Proposed solution: Start and create a mobile app.
Who would benefit: The Wikinews community and readers
More comments: Mobile apps are a good vehicle for reading. People in many different regions are used to reading news articles using mobile apps, which may be easier to design as news websites than encyclopedias. We can also send SMS notifications through mobile applications.
