Floating table of content on mobile web view

Problem: When you want navigate sections in mobile web view, you need to scroll up to close the current section you're reading, and close any open sections. This is cumbersome.
Proposed solution: A clickable floating TOC at the corner of the screen, exactly like the one in Fandom Mobile!
Who would benefit: All mobile web users
