Problem: Pending Changes protection becomes increasingly unwieldly once more than one editor's changes are pending. If both (at least) one desired post and one undesired post are pending it requires vastly more effort to ensure the article only gains the desired content. This discourages reviewers from handling it, which allows for an even larger edit queue to build up - causing a vicious cycle
Who would benefit: Any Pending Changes reviewer, and editors altering a PC-protected article
Proposed solution: Provide the ability to individually accept or decline non-clashing pending edits.
Support PC is increasingly used on moderate and high activity pages and this would make it far more viable in this enviroment - reducing the need for semi-protect Nosebagbear (talk) 19:47, 16 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Support Absolutely — multiple pending changes that should have different statuses is a hugely confusing barrier to action. ~ Amory(u • t • c)11:34, 18 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
