Description - The Bangla WikiConference 2024, organized by Wikimedia Bangladesh, aims to gather Wikimedians for sharing opinions, discussing challenges, and exchanging best practices. Scheduled for October 2024 near Dhaka, the event is open to Bengali-speaking Wikimedians and will cover topics related to Bengali Wikipedia and its sister projects. The conference will include discussions on new projects, networking opportunities, and idea exchanges. For this conference, we want to use CentralNotice for scholarship applications. On behalf of the Scholarship Committee.

@MdsShakil I've created the campaign [1] and the banner [2] (preview [3]). Please note that per CentralNotice/Usage guidelines#Campaign implementation banners should be translated for all languages you want them to be displayed. I made an exemption and included English per your request, because the Geolocation basically ensures that registered users seeing the banner most likely speak Bengali.
