Description - Taxpayers in Slovakia may ask that 2% of their income tax be distributed to an NGO of their choosing. WMSK would like to give their supporters this option. Thank you.

Discussion

I have two questions regarding the banner:

• is it possible to only show the banner on, let's say, 5th refresh on the projects? We don't want to spam the users with the banner on every page, if possible; if not, showing on every page is fine.
• this banner is almost definitely not dark mode compatible - can someone help me with that?
