August 2024 Meeting Outcomes

The Board met in Katowice, Poland on August 5 and held its quarterly business meeting before Wikimania. The Board took the following corporate actions:

The Board voted asynchronously to update the charters of the Audit Committee and the Executive Committee to redistribute the responsibilities of the Talent and Culture Committee. The updated charters can be found here and here.

Open Conversation with the Trustees on 27 November

The next Conversation with the Trustees will happen on Wednesday 27 November at 12:00 UTC (check your local time).

The 90-minute call will consist of updates and a short agenda, followed by open Q&A. Please bring your questions and join us on Zoom–we’d love to chat with you face to face. You can request the Zoom link by emailing askcac wikimedia.org. You can also request live interpretation on Zoom by emailing askcac wikimedia.org.

For those that can’t join in Zoom, the call will be streamed to YouTube and available on Commons immediately after.
