блокировка по IP 109.120.194.152

Здравствуйте,

какое-то время назад я експериментировал на своем рутере с прокси-сервером SQUID и по невнимательности оставил его открытым. Через какое-то время заметил бан своего IP на Википедии как и странное поведение поисковика Google который заставлял доказывать что я не робот. Сделав короткое расследование, я установил что причиной стал SQUID и закрыл его. Я обратился к болгарской Википедии и мой бан там удалили, но сегодня я заметил что в русскоязычной Википедии мой бан активен. Могли бы вы его удалить чтобы я с мог участвовать в правках Википедии.

URGENT: Please sign new Wikimedia confidentiality agreement for nonpublic information now

This is a reminder to acknowledge and sign the new Confidentiality agreement for nonpublic information. As you know, your volunteer role in Wikimedia projects gives you access to secure and sensitive information.

The new version includes one major change.

• There is a change regarding the way personal data may be released. Accordingly, functionaries must notify the Wikimedia Foundation at check-disclosurewikimedia.org before releasing data, in order to obtain a written approval for doing so. The Foundation will respond within 10 days. However, for emergencies, such as cases involving threats of violence, functionaries may release the personal data without such explicit permission, but they should notify the Foundation immediately following the disclosure. If they choose not to disclose the data, the request for disclosure should be forwarded to the Foundation's emergency email address (emergencywikimedia.org).

There are also some wording changes that were made to more closely align the language with evolving industry norms, best practices and laws. The most notable of these has been the change of the term "nonpublic information" to "nonpublic personal data". None of these changes are intended to make fundamental changes to the scope or practice of the policy but we know they could appear as such, hence wanted to flag them.

The aforementioned changes require users that have already signed the previous version of the policy to sign the new version as well.

We therefore ask that you to sign the updated version. Signing the agreement is tracked on Phabricator's Legalpad. An online guide is available to help you with signing the agreement: Confidentiality agreement for nonpublic information/How to sign. If you wish you can sign it directly at https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/L37. The exact policy is located here: Access to nonpublic personal data policy. If you have already received this message and signed the updated agreement, you need not sign it again. Once is sufficient. In this case, we ask that you respond to Samuel (WMF) letting him know when (date) and how (method/process of signing) you have signed it so that we can update our own records.

Note: please bear in mind that if you still haven’t signed the updated version of the Confidentiality Agreement by February 13, 2019 your rights will be removed.

Господин Q bit-array, надеюсь на то, что теперь вы меня выслушаете и ответите на все мои вопросы. Вы блокировали меня на 1 год, удалив почти все мои правки. Вы обвиняете меня в обходе блокировки. Знаете, честно скажу, что это бред и паранойя. Вы удалили мои правки в статье Президентство Джона Кеннеди, Клан Кеннеди, Инцидент в Ивановке (там вообще исправлена опечатка — от белогврадейским к белогвардейским), Уолтер Кронкайт, крейсер Свердлов и т.д. Скажите мне, вы хоть то, что удаляете, читаете. Или так, на авось. Да, вы сами получается, занимаетесь вандализмом. Ну ладно я. Приведу другие примеры. Анонимные участники постоянно возвращают правки в статьях Роберт и Эдвард Кеннеди. Вы возвращаете все назад и блокируете их, обвиняя их... в обходе блокировки. Скажите, чем вас не устраивают добавленные фото или информация, которая правдивая. Но разве не так? Разве Кеннеди не выступали против войны во Вьетнаме, разве Эдвард не вел активную политическую деятельность? Вы блокируете всех, кто лично Вам неугоден. Вопрос: Чем я вам, человеку, живущему в Германии, я так насолил? Если Вам интересно прочитать про себя, то наберите про себя — Q bit-array (Викиреальность). Там про Вас написано то, что вы удаляете информации, не вникая в суть дела. Вы своими действиями загнали Виктпедию в болото, где честно говоря я в последний раз боялся уже что-то делать.

Пример еще одного вандализма: 27 апреля 2018 года аноним 5.143.0.95 вернул в статью Роберт Кеннеди мои правки. Тут неоткуда берется аноним 188.162.64.14, нагло удаляющий правки. Не помогает и Рейму Хакурей, вернувшая правки. Аноним-удалист пишет Вам кляузу. Вам же пишет и первый аноним, говорящий, что все это клевета. Что же вы делаете? Конечно же поддерживаете удалиста и блокируете того участника по обвинению... в обходе мнимой блокировки. Если бы я так удалял чужие правки, то меня бы заблокировали через 5 минут. Да, свежо предание, но верится с трудом.

Так вот, я требую ответа на свои вопросы, приведенные выше. Я намерен выйти на диалог с Вами.

88.182.0.0/16 block

Hi, Could you please explain why such a big range was blocked for such a long time on the Russian Wikipedia? That's the range for Free, the largest ISP in France, so potentially millions of users!... Thanks, Yann (talk) 12:42, 15 March 2019 (UTC)

Hi! There was a massive and persistent attack from this range. Apparently there are a lot compromised hosts in this range, which were used as proxies by one of our LTAs. Since there were no "normal" users from this French IP range on the Russian Wikipedia, a decision was made to block it for a prolonged period of time. I could try to unblock the range, but don't know if the situation with the infected / compromised hosts got much better... -- Q-bit array (talk) 15:42, 15 March 2019 (UTC)

Russian wikipedia block

Hello how are you? I was blocked from Ru.wikipedia.org due to this unintentional sock puppetry which occurred on English language wikipedia only. I then voluntarily informed Russian wikipedia what happened on English wikipedia, leading to the permanent block. I did not perform sock puppetry on Russian wikipedia. English reconsidered my block based on the policy that it was truly unintentional, and I have made constructive edits only since then on all languages, deferring to senior editors. I was hoping you could reconsider my Russian language block. I do not intend to edit Russian wikipedia text, only to answer questions about the article I wrote, should they ever arise. I only really have an interest in images now for Ru wikipedia.

Request for IPBE

Hi. Would you be willing to grant me ip block exempt (w:ru:Википедия:Исключение из IP-блокировок) on ruwiki? I'm caught in a hard block there.
