由于用户组人数比预期中多、且照目前趋势仍会继续增加，而用户组的成员中，有相当一部分是编辑次数甚少的新手。原先用户组的章程并没有考虑到这样的情况。故希望修改章程，以适应用户组成员多的现状。主要将调整达成共识的方式，以期在不改变用户组去官僚体系的初衷下，使共识的达成尽可能高效、达成的结果尽可能可靠。--Techyan（Talk） 17:11, 13 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
