All these projects and activities are part of the Shared Knowledge's Annual Plan. This section will describe how the activities progressed during the Second quarter.

Education & Science Program

1. Professors Mentorship

Goals met by this activity

According to our metrics this program for the entire year should have at least 15 total participants. Nine participants got involved in this quarter. Thus, of all four quarters, 12 different people were part of it and 80% of the total participants annual quota is achieved. There were six new participants among these nine people of the Q4. These six people make up all the new participants of 2023 and the success is 60% (least 10 new people were planned). According to our total pages quota, in 2023 at least 40 pages in total should be covered. In Q4, 8 content pages were covered, and that is 88 TCP for the whole year which translates to 220% progress.

2. Students Mentorship

Goals met by this activity

One reccuring educational institution was included in this quarter. It was the Institute of Geography which managed to coordinate and gather students for the workshops. The same engagement was done, this time by a new collaborating institution - the Mirče Acev Elementary School. A total of 44 people were participants on the two events and overall in the quarter. The accumulated participants of all year of 2023 88 people (83.8% progress, according to the projected 105 annual participants). New people in the quarter were 33, summing the overall of 66 people in all four quarters, out of planned 100 and that's 66% progress. The number of made content pages in Q4 in 106. Combined with the TCP metric for the whole year, the total number is 151, while the projected number is 400 (37.7% achievement).

3. Edit-a-thons

Goals met by this activity

A total of 31 people were part of the edit-a-thons in Q4. During the entire 2023, 40 people made the total participants number, which makes 71.4% progress according to the planned TP metric (56). 36 people were new at all the edit-a-thons. That represents 75% progress in 2023 (planned 48 people). The projected total content pages metric (TCP) is 288 and this quarter has realized 130, 155 in total in all the quarters of 2023. This gets us to 53.8% progress.

4. Editing Competitions

Goals met by this activity

One competition was held this quarter and was the third 2023 edition (not counting the stand alone CEE Spring 2023 competition). It comprised of nine total participants, totaling 18 people in 2023 (60% success; 30 people projected). There wеre no new participants during the Q4 and the number stays 2 new participants in 2023 (33% progress, 6 planned). It resulted with 288 content pages in Q4 which makes the total achieved TCP number of 1,428 in 2023. That is percent success of 170% out of the projected 840 TCP.

5. Editing Days

Goals met by this activity

In this quarter, the project was participated by five different users. By gathering the numbers in the all quarters according to the TP metric, we got participation of 17 people and this metric progressed to 94.4% (18 planned). There were no new participants in this quarter, old outcome of the previous three quarters (3 people were new) is stays 100% achievement according to the NP metric. In this quarter, the participants contributed with 182 content pages, totaling 1,348 TCP in the period of January to December and that makes 64.4% progress (planned 2.000 TCP).

6. Editing Weekends

Goals met by this activity

In the 14 editions we had, five people participated in multiple occasions. The TP progress of the Q1 to Q4 is 17 out of the projected quota of the annual 11 people which is overachievement of 154%. New people in Q4 were 0, and that number is also for the whole year. The projected NP metrics was 1. The covered TCP in Q4 was 240, totaling 1.336 TCP in 2023 out of the planned 1,500 (89% progress).

7. Photohunts

Goals met by this activity

There was 1 photohunt with 5 total participants in this quarter. The total amount of people throughout the year 2023 is 10 which means 111% (9 planned) has been achieved according to the projections. When it comes to new participants numbers, the planned new participants is 3, and there were four new participants this quarter, so the number of total new people for the whole year is 8 which means a success rate of 266%. The total planned annual content pages is 480, we have covered 285 content pages in Q4, which summed up in 2023 is 740 TCP which means a progress of 154%. Also, according to the planned 294 used images throughout the year, the total 79 uploaded images from Q4 were used, which makes 88.4% progress (260 used in the whole year).

8. WikiSketch Lessons

Goals met by this activity

The project in this quarter had 5 participants involved, totaling a number of 20 participants in all quarters. The progress in this TP metrics is 50% (40 participants needed). 1 of them wас new, and totaling the 11 new participants from 2023, that makes up 28.9% progress (38 new participants projected). The TCP metric resulted in 14 total content pages in Q4. The metrics totals 66 TCP in the quarters of 2023 (projected 160, 28.9% progress).

9. WikiTours

Goals met by this activity

The project was composed in this quarter with one edition. 2 total participants in Q4 and 4 TP in 2023 (planned 15; 26.6% progress). There were no new participants in Q4 and by that, no new 2023 people (planned 8). During the Q4, 225 total content pages were covered. Added with the previous TCP of the Q3, it sums to 505 TCP (505% progress, the projected annual TCP metric is 100). The projected used images metric is 35 and in Q4 51 images were able to be used (203 images used in 2023, achievement of 580%).

10. Wiki Science Competition 2023

Goals met by this activity

46 total participants were involved in this edition of the competition. This is a 229% success (20 projected). There was 31 new participants, and that is 310% (10 planned). The TCP which were realized are 2149, resulting in 268% (800 TCP projected). 1 uploaded image got used (50 used as planned, 2% achievement).

Partnerships Program

12. MakSport

Goals met by this activity

MakSport was participated by 2 people in the Q4. The end result of the total participants in all the year 2023 is 8. This is 40% of the total planned (20 participants). There was one new participant in this quarter and the progress in this metric progressed to 16.6% (3 new people in 2023; 18 projected). Content pages in this quarter were 163 and the year ended with 521 TCP (65% success; 800 TCP projected).

13. Theater Actors of Macedonia

Goals met by this activity

The project was solely active in Q4. 1 participant got involved in this quarter, so that is the overall TP progress in 2023 ― is 12.5% (8 people projected). There were no new participants in 2023 (7 projected). TCP which were realized in this quarter/year are 4 and that is 5.7% (70 TCP projected).
