Wikimedia TN User Group is intending to organize a meeting to gather all its members. The goal of this meeting is to prepare a program for the group in Tunisia for the next two years, in addition the meeting will include training about how to apply for a grant and how to use Evaluation tools and strategies workshops, and a brainstorming for new ideas and projects.

  1. 14:00 - 14:30 : Opening and presentation of Wikimedia Tunisia. (By Yamen & Habib)
  2. 14:30 - 15:30 : Presentation of activities for 2015 and 2016 and discussion. (Mounir)
  3. 15:30 - 16:00 : Coffee break
  4. 16:00 - 18:00 : Brainstorming for the 2017 program (...& Habib)
  5. 18:00 - 20:00 : Dinner
  6. 20:00 - 22:00 : Edit party (all participants will create between 2 and 3 article about Tunisia)
Sunday March, 5th
  1. 09:00 - 10:30 : Training about how to apply for a grants (Yassin) and how to use Evaluation tools and strategies workshops (Mounir)
  2. 10:30 - 11:00 : Wikimedia chapters: what they are? how they work? difference between UG ans chapters? how UG becomes chapter? (Yassin & Emna)
  3. 11:00 - 12:45 : The organization of Wikiindaba 2018, Wikiarabia 2018, WikiConvention FR 2020 and Wikimania 2020 (...& Habib)
  4. 11:45 - 13:00 : Policies and rules running the Group. Next step of Wikimedia Tunisia ( Discussion )
  5. 13:00 - 13:30 : Ceremony Wiki Loves Africa (Afek and Meriem)
