Wiki tasks

• Update Translation requests/WQ/2 so that it clearly links to actual translation pages (right now this is only true through unclear links in the section headings).
• Update all translation skeletons to use templates for their content
• Update the "header" templates for each language so that there can be one single header-template which takes a language argument, making it easier to create new headers [with properly-linked images].

Immediate Todo

Graphics Major COVER: Create a new image to replace the user-montage on the WQ1 cover. Idea -- Take a good panoramic image with winter themes, perhaps a winter sunset with leafless trees, and underneath it include a single-layer of small zoomed-in images of faces : mainly users from non-european, non-american Wikipedias cf. user:Notafish, villy Not so panoramic but how about Image:Early sunset during the winter (2004-12-29).jpeg? COVER: Take WQ1 background and modify its color scheme to be blues and blacks for winter. Also replace the butterfly with some other suitable beutiful image. Retain a single image of the butterfly hidden somewhere on the cover... Try this lovely flower. Minor NAV IMAGES : Fix the "Founder" icon in the upper nav, so it is exactly the same dimensions as the other thumbnails.
